Saturday June 18 is our Day of Mindfulness at Riverside Church, room 8-T, from 10-4:30pm. Ishmael Wallace and Marjorie Markus of the Riverside Sangha will facilitate the Day.
"The Day will be an opportunity to spread out into majestic meditations from the Lotus and Flower Ornament Sutrasin which visualization helps us savor interdependence. We will walk, sit, lie down, enjoy a meal together (bring a vegetarian lunch), and share our experiences, in such a way as to vividly experience our interconnection with all."
Chairs and cushions are available. No experience necessary. Please do not wear fragrances. Come for all or part of the Day.
At Riverside Church in Manhattan, 91 Claremont Avenue, between 120-122nd Street, one block west of Broadway.
