Brother Phap Man joins Riverside Sangha October 22, 2019

Dear Friends,

Brother Fulfillment (Aaron) [AKA Brother Phap Man] will be at our Riverside Sangha Meeting Tuesday October 22nd, and, in his words "will lead a short program which is a kind of interactive Dharma talk/Dharma sharing, relating some my recent experience with embodied communication & community, trauma resilience, and how that was important for our recent action of going to jail RE the climate crisis, and also holding space for climate chaos related experiences and emotions."

We will have a sitting and walking meditation and then Brother Fulfillment will share, as described above.

Dear Beloved Community,
We are experiencing a time of great political, social and physical turmoil. It is now more important than ever to calm body and mind so we can rest and heal. The Day of Mindfulness on October 19 will provide the chance to nourish and heal. The day will be offered by Jenny Hamp and Dennis Bohn.

There may be a Dharma Talk based on the needs of those who are planning to attend. If you have questions that have been in your heart, or a topic that you would like to see addressed,  please share with an email to happysanga@pipeline.com. 

Please bring your own vegetarian or vegan lunch. Please do not wear fragrances.
