Day of Mindfulness
October 17:10-4:30pm, at Riverside Church, room 10-T
Joanne Friday will lead this Day. Joanne is ordained as a Teacher by Thich Nhat Hanh and will offer a Dharma Talk, and respond to questions. And there is Sitting and walking meditation, eating mindfully, singing, and more. Bring a vegetarian lunch for yourself.
