Community of Mindfulness NY/Metro! Inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh
Invites us to Practice together at our Day of Mindfulness
With Dharma Teacher John Bell
Who Am I?
Saturday February 15, 2020 * 10am to 4pm
The Riverside Church, 91 Claremont Avenue, NYC, Room 20T
We welcome back our old friend, John Bell, who will focus us on the theme of “Who Am I?”
Each of us walks around with a certain story about
ourselves--who we are, where we come from, where we’ve succeeded, where we’ve fallen
short— and yet we know deep inside that this story is not all of who we are.
“Who Am I?” is a deep practice question. We will explore this question through sitting and
walking meditation, practicing “Touching the Earth”, enjoying a Dharma talk and questions,
through some paired exercises, total relaxation, and Dharma Sharing groups.
Please Arrive 9:45 to settle and sign in, Dana Appreciated!
Bring your Vegetarian/Vegan Lunch. Please Do Not Wear Fragrances
